The goods travel at our risk.<br \/>\nIn the event of theft\/loss within 30 days, the company undertakes to send a new product if available or to issue a refund of the entire amount paid for the purchase.<br \/>\nThe delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days from the date of the order, the same may be subject to variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general. Then send the goods at your expense to the following address:<\/p>\n<p><strong>FREY \u2013 EMPORIO DELLA SETA<\/strong><br \/>\nVIALE RISORGIMENTO 49<br \/>\n22073 FINO MORNASCO (COMO)<\/p>\n<p>To ensure that your right to a refund of the goods to be returned is authorized by us, the following conditions must be respected:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The request must be sent via email within 5 working days of receipt of the purchased goods.<\/li>\n<li>The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.<\/li>\n<li>Existing labels and\/or tags must not be detached or damaged.<\/li>\n<li>The returned goods must be returned in the original packaging and in all its parts.<\/li>\n<li>The products to be returned must be sent in a single shipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Before shipping, make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, including boxes, packaging, labels and envelopes. Returns that do not meet all the required conditions will not be accepted: in this case the items will eventually be returned to your address and at your expense. If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in this paragraph, we will refund any sums already collected for the purchase of the products, net of shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products. The sums will be refunded to you as quickly as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which we became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, we will activate the reimbursement procedures, once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above. If the methods and terms for exercising your right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this paragraph, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid; however, you will be able to receive, at your expense, the products in the condition in which they were returned. Otherwise, you may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.<\/p>\n<p>After returning the products, it carries out the necessary checks relating to their conformity with the conditions and terms indicated in the previous paragraph. If the checks are concluded positively, we will send you, via email, the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the returned products. Whatever payment method you use, the refund is activated within thirty (30) days from the date on which you became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal after verifying the correct execution of your right of withdrawal and acceptance of the products returned.
